Sandvik CG850 primary gyratory crusher is a highly efficient and robust machine that is engineered to offer high performance, and stable and safe operation. It has a large feed opening, a unique spherical spider bearing design and a grooved mantle that makes it suitable for crushing large boulders.
A crusher is a machine designed to reduce large rocks into smaller rocks, gravel, or rock dust. Crushers may be used to reduce the size, or change the form, of waste materials so they can be more easily disposed of or recycled, or to reduce the size of a solid mix of raw materials (as in rock ore), so that pieces of different composition can be ...
Category: Gyratory Crushers on Aggregate Equipment ... Two standard crushing chambers are available for the CS550 and the crusher can easily be matched to changes in production by selecting the right chamber and eccentric throw. The chambers available are:

Diamond supplies Trio Gyratory Crushers. These crushers are a proven first stage of compression crushing for Large Mines and Quarries. Mined ore or quarried rock can processed down to a size suitable for the secondary crushers.
Since the gyratory crushes on full cycle, it has a much higher capacity than a jaw crusher of the same gape, and is usually favoured in plants handling very large throughputs.
Gyratory crusher wear parts engineered for your unique needs. Real world solutions For over four decades, Columbia Steel has applied the same engineering problem-solving to gyratory crushers which has proven so effective on cone crushers.
A Gyratory Crusher is a large crushing machinery, using the gyratory sports in casing cone cavity of crushing cone to produce extrusion, fracturing and bending role to materials for crushing ore or rock of various hardness.
2016-05-20· A crusher is a machine designed to reduce large rocks into smaller rocks, gravel, or rock dust. There are five types of crushers; Jaw crusher, Gyratory crusher, Cone crusher, Impact crusher and ...
The primary rock breaker most commonly used in large plants is the gyratory crusher, of which a typical section is shown in Fig. 5. It consists essentially of a gyrating crushing head (521) working inside a crushing bowl (522) which is fixed to the frame (501).
The gyratory crusher is the mainstay of medium to large duty crushing plants. Typically material is brought to the crusher by large haulage trucks and dumped into a rock box. The gyratory crusher is located at the bottom of the rock box. Material is crushed between the eccentrically mounted rotating crushing cone and the fixed, tapered crushing throat.
Primary crushers are solidly built to receive large lumps of rock directly from the mines and designed for large tonnage throughputs. Basically, gyratory crushers consist of a fixed solid conical shell or bowl (also called concaves) and a solid cone within the bowl called a breaking head (Figure 5.1).
Gyratory crushers require larger motors to account for their greater throughput, the cost of which cannot be neglected. Similar methods to those shown above exist for the costing of motors but motor type must also be chosen according to specific operating requirements. Generally large horsepower motors can range up to a million dollars, but considerable variation exists (Mullar, 1998).
Able to Work Continuously under High Intensity. HGT Gyratory Crusher has a heavy-duty framework, an integrated large-dimension axis and high-precision bearings, so, undoubtedly, it has higher strength and longer service life, allowing it to work continuously and safely under high intensity.

Sandvik primary gyratory crushers are robust machines engineered to deliver the utmost availability. Combining well-proven design with advanced technology, the crushers are ideal for tackling large boulders with a large feed opening and a grooved mantle, an optimized nip angle, and self-tightening concave liners for maximized capacity, output ...
Irregularly shaped feed material, large chunks, or tramp in the crushing chamber of the gyratory crusher sometimes force the mainshaft upward in a quick "jumping" action. A single balance cylinder on some units, or multiple balance cylinders on others, is furnished to make the piston follow the mainshaft up when it is raised by jumping and eases the mainshaft down to its original position ...
